Checklist | You may print out these forms and fill them out in pen – remember to print clearly. All completed forms must be submitted to our office via e-mail in PDF format. The only exception are Official Transcripts; those can be mailed or dropped off in person. Use the Application Checklist to assist you in the process. |

Affidavit of Support | The LATTC International Student Affidavit of Support PDF signed by your sponsor. If you are supporting yourself, you may fill out the form. We estimate that you will need a minimum of $25,000 per year (for 2024-2025). |
Bank Statement | An official bank statement or letter from a bank official confirming student or his/her sponsor’s financial standing, or a statement from a government agency granting the support. All bank statements must be notarized and dated showing current balance. Please be certain that the currency is shown in US dollars and that the balance of the account is listed on the document. No photocopies are accepted. Name and address on bank statement must match Affidavit of Support Sponsor form. |

Official Transcripts |
Submit official transcripts, and copies of certificates or diplomas from your secondary school and from any colleges/universities attended. Applicant must be a high school/secondary school graduate. If the documents are not in English, an official translation must accompany all transcripts, certificates, and diplomas. See list of Agencies Approved by the Commission for Foreign Transcript Evaluation: https://www.lattc.edu/admissions/transcript-verification . No photocopies are accepted. Minimum 2.0 GPA required for admission. |
Application fee |
Submit a non-refundable application fee of $50.00 after you submit your online application. The payment can be made online at https://pay.flywire.com/ (School: Los Angeles Trade Technical College). A payment can also be made directly in the Business Office in E5 first floor. Student ID number is required. (Please do NOT send cash through the mail). Contact us directly if you need to make another arrangement. |

Emergency Contact Information | Submit Emergency Contact Form for someone in your home country and in the U.S. This form is to be used in case of an emergency. |
Permission to Release Information | Permission To Release Information Form This form is to be completed by the student. By signing this form the student is giving LATTC permission to release personal information to the individuals whose name is on this form. If you chose not to list anyone, write "self." |
Guardian Statement | Guardian Statement PDF For student under age of 18 |
Recommendation Letter | This is optional. A letter from a teacher or employer. |

Transfer Eligibility Form | Section A is completed by the student, and Section B of the LATTC International Student Transfer Eligibility Form has to be completed by Designated School Official (DSO) at your current school and mailed to us. Your DSO may also email the form directly to our DSO, Tracey Takeshita, at takeshtm@lattc.edu. |
Official Transcripts from U.S. College OR University | Submit official transcripts from all colleges and/or universities you have attended in the United States. How to Submit Your Supplemental Documents
After you submit the online application and pay the application fee, the next step is to upload your supplemental documents to the college by the deadline date.
To access the upload link you must have an LACCD student ID number and access to your LACCD Student Portal.
Use your Los Angeles Community College district (LACCD) email address (ex. smith@student.laccd.edu).

Documents not properly uploaded or illegible will not be considered, and you may be requested to resubmit them. Please upload and submit all documents in one submission.
