New Options for Storing Data

The T and Z drives will be phased out by the end of 2024.

Please initiate the data migration process promptly.


OneDrive is replacing your current Z drive. Transition saving documents there. Step-by-step video guides can be found HERE.

A SharePoint Site* can be created to store Personal Identifiable Information (PII). This will provide a secure and organized environment for storing sensitive information. This is replacing department drives (previously housed on the T drive).
  • Submit a request HERE for a PII sharepoint.
  • Submit a request HERE for a non-PII sharepoint. 

A Microsoft Teams Site*is for department collaboration and communication. Submit a request by emailing the helpdesk.

*An administrator must submit a request for your department. Requests are subject to approval.

  1. Complete the NETWORK ACCESS REQUEST FORM to gain access to the above systems.
    • It can be filled out electronically by your Supervisor and sent for signature via Adobe Sign or filled out and signed by hand. Once it is complete, email the helpdesk at @email so we can process the request.
  2. Sign into the SAP PORTAL
    • SAP is a self-service password reset portal where users can access work approvals, financial apps, HR details, Time Entry, CMMS and other functions. To sign in for the first time, you need to (request a password reset) on the portal's sign in page 
  3. To Request a Laptop
    • (For Full-time Faculty and Classified ONLY) Submit a request via the helpdesk. It will be an HP Laptop + Two 27" monitors + Docking station set up. Please note: The District standard is 1 device per user. Requests to keep both desktop and laptop must be approved by the VP.
  4. Save your Documents
    • Make sure you save all your documents to your OneDrive. Users are responsible for the maintenance and back up of their data.

Konica Minolta Support

  • Place toner replacement orders and service requests by calling Konica Minolta at (800) 456-5664. They will ask for the Konica ID#, which is located on the front of all machines.
  • Scanning/Network Issues, send IT a request via the helpdesk ticketing system.

Report Phishing and Scam Emails

Report suspicious emails by forwarding it to @email
In order to protect yourself, please:
  • Never enter your LACCD password into any web form where you received the link via email, even if that email came from an LACCD account.
  • If you received such an email and entered your District email password into a website, change your password immediately.
  • Be very suspicious of any email that offers employment or some other payment that sounds too good to be true. It is almost always fraudulent.
