In celebration of Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) History Month, the AAPI Committee invites you to a special panel discussion with AAPI female leaders within the Los Angeles Community College District. Dr. Kelsey Iino, Second Vice President of the LACCD Board of Trustees; Mikey Hong, Candidate of Philosophy at Los Angeles City College; and Dr. Mindy Chen, Director of the Dolores Huerta Labor Institute and Adjunct Assistant Professor of the Labor Center at LATTC, will share about their lived experiences, career journeys, and what motivates them to continue in their various roles in higher education leadership. 

The AAPI Women's Leadership Panel celebrates the achievements of AAPI women and highlights the need for representation and visibility, mentorship and support, advocacy and empowerment of women, and balancing professional personal responsibilities in all spheres of life. Please join this special event as our panelists share their insight, experiences, and perspective on leadership, success, and overcoming challenges. Lunch will be provided.
