Course Reinstatement

If a course has not been taught in the last five years, you will need to complete the Course Archive Request form (MS Word or PDF) to "bring it back".  You should also submit an updated course outline to indicate the current content and objectives of the course.

Instructions for completing the form:

  1. Basic Course Information:
    College:  Trade Tech
    Subject code -- see list (MS Excel)
    Course number
    Course title -- as found in catalog
  2. Archive Requested:
    Check off the appropriate box.
  3. Effective semester -- allow 4 months processing time
  4. Approvals:  
    Signed by the department chair and dean of academic affairs

Submit the form and an updated course outline to the Agenda Review Subcommittee to place the course on the agenda of the next Curriculum Committee meeting.
